There are other options besides those two, like not having accurate historical records to know the actual date of birth and death, so that there are lots of conflicting accounts.

I agree that religion in general is a crock used by charlatans to control people.
But I suspect that this isn't the gotcha you think it is, especially because I don't think that the precise dates really matter to the religion.

You know what, I kinda take that back.

I feel like it's more androgynous now than it was then though, because it's much more acceptable now for guys to wear make-up.

But like, idk how, 14 years ago or whatever, people saw this and were like "maybe a dude?"

To be clear I mean this as in "people were sexist back then, because it was used as a pejorative, just because her makeup wasn't conventional and she wasn't wearing revealing clothes"
And
"I think this aesthetic fuckin rocks and was way ahead of its time"

And that should probably be configurable

Hooray! Thanks for all the votes! This was fun, and all the submissions were awesome.

~~The next theme will be: a day in the life of a mad scientist.

(If this is too close to something that was already done, my backup theme is puns)~~

Edit: those were bad theme ideas. I'm gonna have to think about this a bit harder lol

Honestly I think they made the right call wrt catalytic converters. The stuff that they turn into CO2 is a much more potent and urgent threat than the CO2.

The CO2 problem should have been solved with fuel efficiency, but as we've discovered here, it wasn't. After realizing the unintended consequences of their laws, they refused to go back to them and admit there was a problem, because admitting means they were wrong and they can't have that.

(Also passengers cars aren't really the problem. At least they're small fish, that we've been tricked into focusing on so that the real polluters can avoid scrutiny).

prompt1940s sci-fi movie poster, in which alien spaceships are abducting 2 New York pedestrians via a luminescent beam. people on the street abandon their cars in panic as they flee the spaceship. Giant humanoid iron robots with a threatening appearance and segmented legs herd citizens towards the spaceship. the poster showes the movie title "alien robot attack!" in dynamic text.

I'll have to take a look to see if I can use it to view (enterprise) GitHub PRs, because that'd be a huge help
