Stop it. Now. This is not tolerated in this thread and if I see you post another one like this, I will report you. People don't give a Debian what you think is funny. I Mint it. serious frowny face serious red arrow pointing at serious frowny face /jk
Almost bought tickets to see CG. Then I heard Glover was also showing and I was confused. Why is a comedian opening for one of the most provocative rappers today? I'll wait til streaming so I can fast forward an hour til the real show.
Dang, that is pretty spot on! When I go camping, I often find myself contemplating a pretend fire in front of me while I prepare for carbon monoxide poisoning in my tent...but I keep my flaps open! Safety first!
I hope these people have IBS for a couple of weeks. And during times on the can, use that quiet time to reflect. Praise Dolly. Amen.
...damn it. You win the entire thread.
Thank you. That is EXACTLY what I was thinking. I stopped watching or subscribingg to anything other than Funhaus and now I am not vibing with the new set. Culture begets culture until you change it for the better.
Now I am worried I might have committed a faux pas unknowingly. I mean, they are so polite they won't point it out. So now I am sitting here, years later, wondering if I might have, you know, murdered someone in Japan.
Attire is totally appropriate. Unasked for advice incoming: If you don't wear button down clothes often, wear this all day today and tomorrow. Do everything in it. Dont worry about wrinkling it. Then wash it before the interview. The reason is because many nervous candidates will fidget with their clothes. It shows they lack confidence. But how nervous would you be in your own pyjamas? Wear your (clean, pressed) interview clothes as if they were the most casual, cozy things you have.
I tried three or four times to stare at the candle but it was too bright. And I didn't say "dumbass" after each time because I'm not THAT much of a dumbass. Unless... .... dammit
Legal scholars VS 49% of Americans, most of whom can't read a coloring book. One guess who is going to vote for the orange turd anyway.
We could try to vote people who will take action OR incentivize consumers to be more proactive BUT. Neither is ever going to happen.
I was having dinner with my brother's family and we were watching an interview with some celebrity that my sister-in-law adores. Dude is heavy in green activism and lists fast food places which are bad actors for climate and also farmers rights, etc. So my SiL announces we are never eating at such and such place again (I can't remember, I never eat fast food anyway). The very next night they order takeout from said fast food place. They also always order same day deliver from Amazon despite it never actually arriving same day, but they get packages every damn day. Tons and tons of packaging for crap they always throw out or give away to neighbors eventually. This isn't unique to them.
This is MOST of America and I suspect the rest of the developed world. We are effed.
100% their bike is a fixie and they lock it in front of their office building, it's the only bike on that bike rack, because they like to show how cool they think they are.
