It wasn't the actress, it was the pants, and them not being flattering.

The Twitter user nor the post mentioned anything about the actress. Did you see the picture in the post? Or are you just inserting preconceived biases here

Wild that you can say this here

You have to admit though, the new style of women's baggy pants isn't very flattering

This is so pedantic it hurts. I don't know how to dumb this down any further. You win, racism will never end and let's just put everyone in jail. Enjoy!

If energy becomes cheap, they lose money. If the stock market doesn't see their profits rise every quarter, they will trade for less.

These major corps think of societal impact only in the monetary/cash flow sense and lobby heavily to support their position.

We'd need to adjust some rules, and educate more people on nuclear power

They wont unless it's a near total monopoly. They're always aiming for 10% gains every year for their investors.

The amount of people who use ad blockers is somewhere around 10% according to some articles, so I'm guessing this ad block push is to scoop up 10% more in ad revenue

Fair point about Apple. They did also remove the home button and optimized their display further to accommodate that though.

If only it wasn't so proprietary, I could get on the apple train. Still mad about my headphones jacks though.
