IWhere I work it is standard practice to not give meds to fertile age females without a pregnancy test for liability reasons. People with drug problems will routinely refuse on the grounds they will test positive for drugs and then be given less. Thr solution is for the government to legalize drugs. What they will do instead, if thus is any indications, is remove more of women's rights. So, it fucking sucks to be on the spearhead of this by getting a medical job. Unless this situation is wildly diffrent than normal judges will throw this exact type of case multiple times a day and the only reason this saw the light of day is that some PAC was looking for a test case
