Exactly. I would go so far as to say the Chaebols let this happen so that they could then have parliment "stop" it and get the people feeling good about parliment so when they turn around in a few months and pass some super crazy laws people wont care.

If we get rid of the zionist entity and stabilize west asia we could even build railways to connect all of afroeurasia. Eventually as technology advances we may even build bridges across the bering strait and connect the americas to make a global HSR network. We wont see it for a long time but i do think it will happen eventually.

im not sure how similar the situations are though since Mac OS is backed by Apple. Linux doesnt have a similarly massive company to back it up. I do think there is a number where companies will rush to support linux but idk if its as low as 5%.
