This one is neat to me because it's a fresh arcade approach to billiards. It's colourful and over-the-top. No reviews yet, but it looks fun.
Tongue in cheek comment because I don’t think anything performed worse than Concord.
To be specific, it came out of early access in September 10, 2024. Which means, out of early access, it's been an exclusive for five months.
Seems like a fun boomer shooter with some cartoonish sprite art. Obviously, you get to swing a sword -- so that's cool. This also doesn't have much in the way of specs, so you can run it on old hardware too.
This game has great graphics, including some excellent particle physics. It also has great reviews. And who doesn't like skiing?
No reviews on this one yet, so play the demo before buying this one.
Neverthless, I find this game interesting because it's an interesting variant of the Snake/Tron-style game. I like the design, and the maps look really fun. The fact this offers online and local PvP is quite appealing to me.
This follows in the wake of Montezuma's Revenge - The 40th Anniversary Edition, which was released less than a month ago:

I don't like the graphics of the 40th Anniversary Edition. Director's Cut is more similar to the original game, and it's apparently made by the original developer.
DLSS definitely affects the quality, so I'd love to see what this looks like with that turned off. But with DLSS, I got to be honest, I don't see much of a difference. I see some slight differences in terms of shadows, reflections, and number of objects rendered on screen. But overall, no -- nothing that would change the experience when I'm in the midst of gameplay.
Congrats. Canada needs to build its own social media infrastructure.
This one has a cool premise, and it has good reviews too. It's also silly and doesn't take itself seriously. Inexpensive too.
