I just also think voting is not the ultimate expression of politics and doesnt mean that much. The "its an endorsement" thing is true, but one extra endorsement does not equal one extra dead Palestinian. Thats just magical thinking. (Also, ive tried telling people the endorsement thing because its what changed my mind about lesser evilism, it doesnt work.)

I'm playing through battlefront 2 (original) and this shit had me laughing out loud.

Fun game but the campaign is a little bit.. not great lol. Maybe altogether not as fun as I remembered. Worth noting that the Stream version had a glitch that made it unplayable for me (attempting to switch classes at a command post lead to a blank screen after selecting). So I had to switch to PS2 emulator which plays smoother and lets me use my controller anyway.

With my first day with real energy in awhile being coupled with two temper meltdowns, (theres been a recent med change I should mention, but every one we have seems to just vacciltate between these two states). Young friend of mine are going through the star wars movies because she was a sheltered homeschooled kid and hadnt seen them. Already did the OT, starting on the prequels.

Other than the obvious "oh wow, the racial stereotypes of literally three different alien species in this movie is insane", the main takeaway my rewatch gave me is "wow ok, Jake LLoyd is average at worst". He was just like, a regular kid actor? Nothing to write home about like say, young Maise Williams or something. But absolutely fine?
