This is a completly random thought based on a meme I just saw but
I think the popular internet perception that Supernatural at the end was watched exclusively by Destiel fangirls is a perception coming from too-online brain. Ive walked in cishet circles and lemme tell you, Dean Winchester appeals to the cishet guy brain. Ive met multiple. And honestly those guys I met? Idk if they would have stood for canon Destiel lol.
Not that the writers should have caved to that lol (and also worth mentioning that Destiel not happening likely had a lot to do with Jensen's discomfort with the idea) but I think people dont really understand that Supernatural actually did appeal to straight guys quiet a bit. And the audience was not just the online fandom.
Maybe its just me but ill always rather have bad art then no art. So every cancelled project is sad to me even when it would probably have been bad.

Really? Theyve kinda been on a roll for me core game quality wise. SF6 has bad monetization but the core game is amazing. And RE4R doesnt even have the monetization problem.
Thats why this is crazy lol. Because theyve earned so much goodwill for most people, but between this DRM shit and the continual hellish monetization of SF6 theyve been ruining itm

Maybe the sitaution is more complicated than this, but on its face I would think we would want to support a communist party over the social democrat leader of the country. I dont think thats ultraism. Also this party is an ML party, that doesnt mean they're immune from being ultras but worth noting.
I have seen the claim that they are ultras online, but mostly from like, Hazite twitter accounts? But I'm not sure what to make of this whole thing yet so I'm open to seeing.

Broadly speaking I agree with that I think. Especially rejecting the idea that Palestinians want the status quo or anything like that. I just think conflating a people with their government is always dangerous and I'm warry that it serves Israel's goals if you're not careful about it.
Modders being weird about intellectual property when they are inherently already working with other's intellectual property is so weird to me.
