You know, sometimes I feel bad about gambling some money away on the stock market and feel a bit like a failure. But then I come across posts like these and I remember that at least I do not fuck up on a colossal scale like this.

I am super impatiently awaiting a new set of wheels for my RC car to be delivered. I purchased them a while ago and it is taking ages! I want to finally finish my build and let it rip on the street!

Banks: Hold my beer!

And later blame it on the workers that unionized.

Oh no no. They won't only hurt themselves. Sadly, US politics tend to have an impact on a large part of the globe. If Trump gets re-elected, it's not only the US that will get fucked.

If I recall correctly, it's not infamous for being super depressing but because it used to be a light hearted web comic (CTRL+ALT+DEL) about nerds doing nerd stuff and then the author decided to go into this weird dramatic arch of an ongoing love story that just didn't really fit into the whole thing. The "Loss" strip was the overly dramatic peak of this arch and I think at this point people were already making fun of it. While the topic certainly is pretty depressing, it was more the fact that this whole thing was rather cringeworthy and over the top that started the whole meme.

And pushed Linux gaming into the spotlight once again!

While the comic combined with the text has a bit of an edgy vibe, I agree with the overall message. Advertising was just decided upon to be an acceptable way to force people to look at whatever. And no, it's not always an option to "just don't look at it if you don't like it". I fucking hate those advertising TVs that get set up all over my city, they grab your attention even more than regular billboards.

Ah yes, please acknowledge the good we are doing in this world: The bare fucking minimum.

What I really, really do not understand about these companies is that they could have easily played both sides and come up on top anyway. They could have continued to make a shit ton of money with oil and simultaniously invest in renewable energies and become the big players in that field too.

But I guess paying off corrupt politicans is much easier.

I fucking hate these piece of shit cars. I will never not think that they all have to compensate for something.

Hei all!

Been playing my Orc Rune Knight Fighter for a while now and it has been a blast! He grapples basically anything that the DM throws at us including an Owlbear and a Giant (rune knight, fuck yeah). Of course, sometimes he grapples successfuly, sometimes he doesn't.

I think the build is pretty solid but surely there are ways to improve. I'm not sure if I want to keep grappling that much or if I want to go more the direction of brute force fighting.

I've been playing with a warpick and a shield to get that juicy +2 for AC and use it to steamroll enemies but not sure if I should keep the shield.

Current stats at level 7:

  • STR: 20
  • DEX: 14
  • CON: 16
  • INT: 12
  • WIS: 15
  • CHA: 14

I already took the "Skill Expert" feat to get expertise in Athletics and now have a juicy +11 in that skill. If I activate my frost rune, I get another +2 on top of that.

So, any ideas for fighting styles, multiclassing, ASI, feats, weapons or anything else that could make him even more of a badass while fighting?

Hei all,

I was just wondering: Can I start a new character with one of the premade characters and continue from where I am at in my current campaign? I love all the premade characters and would love to make a party only out of them and kick out my custom character. Any way to do this?

Thanks!

Wow, most of these points just sound like a responsible way to handle all the bullshit requests from employees. I'm not saying make it unnessecarily painful for employees to request changes. However, I currently work at a company that did the "just do it" approach for years, got big with it and now our department needs to clean up the bullshit of many years to get the company up to code with whatever regulations we are under and people still think we can continue working just like that.
