you're resorting to ad-hominem but you're accusing me of engaging in "bad-faith" discussion WHEN you are the relentless one hounding me non-stop. I'm fucking eating my guy, you expect me to engage you like a keyboard warrior at a moments notice? i don't ahve to work or eat or do other adult stuff?

i have this habit of nuking my plates and bowls in the microwave to make them warm so food stays warm for longer. recently found out that many of my plates and bowls have fatigue crack lol, very prone to chipping and I also found fine cracks.

anwyays i just destroyed a tub of hyperabadi chicken fry briyani meant for 2 people (around 700g), no ragrets. gonna drink some chai to wash it down. probably 1500+++ calories lol this meal.

Do they refer to East Asians as “oriental” then?

had to spend time with my dementia grandmother for 6-7 hours yesterday, gosh it killed my brain cells... let me put it this way: the only reason everyone present is restraining themselves and not go berserk is not because we sympathise her condition but because we do not wish to be treated like this if we get dementia in the future.

She's stuck in some kind of a loop and would ask so many personal questions, but just to repeat them a few dozen seconds later until you tell her to calm down and sit there quietly like telling off a kid. then she would start her self-loathing cycle about how useless she is to try and gain sympathy.

And thennnnnnn she will ask if i want to eat chicken soup and she would check on her chickens and accuse the maids and neighbours for killing her chicken when CLEARLY the chicken is there, alive, kicking and doing their autistic screeches REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE..

also i'm low key worried about me getting dementia in the future because the gene is REALLY strong in my family - both my mother side and father side grandma have dementia weh...

caught up with my HS friend, and we talked about a local YB that hired a PR agency to manage his schedule.

Bro had everything planned - including what to say, where to show up, what to wear, what colour to wear, what hairstyle, what type of food to eat and what not.

The example he gave was : 12pm, wear this colour, this style of shirt and eat laksa at this very specific joint...

next time you see YBs eating at your local joint macam very relatable to your daily routine, it could very well be a choreographed act lol..

sigh made a news post about a certain politician, but deleted it in the end. I found out that he has a track record of cancelling people by contacting abang PDRM to have people and their family arrested for online comments.

I don't want to bring unwanted attention to this instance, nor do i want to sit in Lokap and makan maggi Kari or whatever lokap cuisine they serve there. i most certainly will be too broke to pay for bail also.

malaysia's protection of free speech is extremely poor, there is no human rights charter, and there aren't enough litigious Kyles and Karens living in Malaysia that challenge the constitutional validity of laws that impede free speech for fun so much so that each public organisations (especially police) always have to keep an entire department of lawyers to mitigate the risk of acting beyond what's acceptable. one wrong comment you will really end up in lokap.

You can scratch your neckbeard all you want, it’s very much a market economy. Whether there’s the term socialist or not

2 and 3 for sure.

Perfect memory, because why not. 3 is good for upskilling and learning a new trade which in turn could generate more money. combined with number 2 i can even start a course teaching people trades.

well summarised pros and cons. may i suggest that maybe we can do a trial run to see how it's like say, over a 3-month period? reason being - it's the instance's first ever NSFW, and being such a new platform it seems difficult to predict what sort of risk will be present.

since it's explicit from the outset that there will no graphical and explicit content, is it possible to just disable image content as a whole? That way at least the mods do not have to see some stuff they wished they didn't see LOL. downside is perhaps occasionally we see funny NSFW memes we can't share it. Other than that i really do not know what kind of NSFW photo a user can upload... Orgy posters maybe?

and another thing - what sort of content do we have in mind on the NSFW community? would it be like the dating community, except there's no filter and we could talk about more NSFW things in the same mature manner?

My partner wants to start vlogging and asked me to research cameras. I’ve gone full frame for a long time and have a Fuji X-Pro as my “daily” so haven’t really bothered with entry level APSCs.

I’m sort of impressed with the options available on the market for those just starting out. May I say it’s probably the only type of product that is not subject to inflation. For example the Nikon Z30 is cheaper than the Canon 550D that I started out with 13 years ago, but the Z30 has so much more feature… I was just telling my partner how back in 2010 the only reliable way to film vlog is to carry a professional full frame body like 5D Mark 2, so close to 10000..

There’s also dedicated Vlog point and shoots like the Sony ZV1 and 1F, and Canon Powershot V10. But -1 for no interchangeable lens and small sensor.

I suppose video content creation is the next possible evolution for the camera world. Whilst phones can slap a ton of filter, max out their noise reduction on photos they can’t do that on videos. And that’s where the optically superior dedicated cameras come in.

car enthusiasts may appreciate this-

just rode in the Nissan Z. despite riding on coilovers and very fat 275 rubbers... the NVH of the Nissan Z is quieter and smoother than most continental cars that i have driven and been in.

I have lusted for a certain B58-powered Toyota for a while now after being strapped in the passenger seat to drift on the track. After experiencing the new Nissan Z, i think i'm sold. And that retro 300ZX-inspired rear with a spoiler, 240Z-inspired roofline, bonnet, bumper is sex man..... looks better IRL than in pictures trust me.
