there are 2 problems with that:

1. We are not sure the successor of putin will not be worst than him
2. We have yet to see if russia will stop their hybrid war on EU when the peace is signed in Ukraine. (hybrid war that started waaaayyyy before the Ukrainian invasion, during the middle of the 00')

Trust between russia and all others european countries are really heavily damaged. The east part of the EU will needs decades before they can decide not to veto anything positive to russia. Poland is the new gravity center of EU and still has yet to forgive WW2 invasion and the split of it's country.

Dans une guerre mondiale, le monde se divise en 2 dans un conflit de haute intensité: toutes les nations combattent dans ce conflit. Ce n’est pas le cas pour la guerre en Ukraine, il n’y a que 3 nations ouvertement en guerre sur le front: l’Ukraine, la Russie et la Corée du Nord.

Cependant ce conflit, qui de part le faible nombre de belligérants aurait dû être un conflit régional comme ont pu l’être les autres conflits de haute intensité pendant la guerre froide, a un impact mondial: des nations produisent de l’armement pour ce conflit, d’autres souffrent de famine due au fait que les 2 pays greniers du monde s’affrontent (principalement des pays africains), d’autres encore profitent du chaos pour déclencher d’autres conflits (que ce soit aussi bien l’attaque du 7 octobre que les attaques en retour d’Israël qui ne sont pas privées du fait que l’Iran vois son arsenal être absorbé par la Russie pour justifier sa guerre contre ses voisins et ses conquêtes territoriales), l’affaiblissement du support de Poutine a Bachar Al Assad et donc la chute du régime est lui aussi une conséquence directe du conflit en Ukraine. Pour finir on peut citer que ce qui semble être une réussite pour Poutine (il semble être désormais assuré que Poutine va repartir avec un gain territorial, l’Ukraine seule ne pouvant pas le reprendre) amène la Chine a se montrer plus agressive vis-à-vis de Taïwan et maintenant Trump n’hésite pas à menacer de prendre par la force le Groenland et donc nous attaquer (sur le modèle Russe en Ukraine) si le Danemark ne cède pas son territoire.

TL;DR: un conflit mondialisé est un conflit qui exporte ses effets au reste du monde sans pour autant entrainer le reste du monde dans le-dit conflit. La guerre en Ukraine est le 1er cas connu de ce type de conflit.

ce monde a existé pendant 20 ans, mais ce temps est révolu à cause d'un fou furieux nostalgique de la guerre froide et de l'effet domino que ça à entrainé au niveau mondial.
