The game isn't actually all that more demanding, they just did actual bench testing. I have a 3050ti mobile with 4gb VRAM and I get about 45ish FPS with settings on medium, and dips into like 28. I think my range is 25-72 or something. Some parts of the DLC, like in Dogtown, I do get less FPS, however there are some parts so far that I'm getting the best frames I've gotten. Like 60 during a major boss fight, it was crazy. Of course then after it dipped down again but still. It's absolutely worth it to play, can you totally run it on a 3070

Geez. At the risk of sounding really ignorant, how bad is this in America? Specifically California, which the article is about? I'd imagine it must be pretyy bad if people have been fasting for so long over the issue. Is it mostly prevalent in areas with a lot of Indian immigrants?

This is kinda the premise of Brandon Sanderson's new book The Frugal Wizard's Handbook to Surviving Medieval England lol, I recommend it! It's one of the secret project Kickstarter books so it might not be on regular shelves yet but it should be soon, and the audiobook is out for sure

Unfortunately without names we don't know who was doing any of the harassing. Why do you say Luke wouldn't tolerate it?

Haha it's a valid way of using Lemmy (and other websites!) but yeah, in the meme they're all android apps. Some are on the play store, some are in beta on github. Not sure which of these (if any) are available on iOS. There's also Connect which some people like. I prefer Sync personally, but Liftoff is pretty good.
