For me Klee brings a sort of child like innocence and wonder in his paintings. They observe the world without judgement but with glee and joy.

I really enjoy Paul Klee’s work, including whimsical pieces as this one.

Does anyone else remember the Swampling from the Simon the Sorcerer series who loved making his favourite, swamp stew?
