I wonder if she signed an NDA that prevents her from saying she was greeted on her last day by a manic sweaty wide-eyed Elon musk demanding he be referred to as mechahitler.

It's sad that mythbusters isn't running anymore. It'd be interesting to see them trying to recreate this scene with a remotely controlled car.

If there's any inexplicably wealthy science adjacent YouTubers reading this, hire a disused runway and steal this idea. Once you've proven tyres have more grip than wood, try it on the grass next to the runway or headon for your viral money shot.

Random fact: The guy that did the hook a Macklemore's thrift shop was partially responsible for that.

And yet on top of that, humans have worked out a way to send that information everywhere in a fraction of a second.

No doubt. But if you look at the whole ecosystem, a lot of them are just maggots that are personally indifferent but are happy to get people killed to secure a pay rise.

Musk might have fried his brain hotboxing farts with his sycophants. Someone like Thiel however; I can't imagine he really cares but he's happy to fund whatever dorks will start a podcast about why they "left the left" because that shit will - he's hoping - get people to vote for politicians that give him more economic power.

I'm all for scamming scammers, but I'm quite happy to give a tip to YouTubers I watch by way of e-commerce commissions.

On the one hand, it's bait.

On the other hand I don't think the country that has formalised slavery and a culture of policing which views it's own citizens as prey really has the right to dictate conversation on race relations.

In no other field would such failure be seen as authority. You wouldn't pick a garage to fix your car because them accidentally destroying the most engines shows they're experts.

The first step in my mental roadmap for making this more than a toy is going to be user accounts and magic links, so small orgs can manually vet people for local party branches and meetings. I'll have to look into TLSNotary.

I'm blaming imgflip, not my incredible laziness

It's actually quite simple.

67% of the US public want the government to call for a ceasefire.

That's it. Neither party will do it, therefore neither represents the people. Talk all you want about primaries or whatever, but the reality is that neither party represents the people on this.

It's not up for debate.
