I haven't found a way to edit the order or deactivate certain layout but would be interested to.
BTW swiping upwards from the space bar gives you some nice extra buttons.
Telegram is a shell company and only offers mediocre, opt-in encryption. The thing I like most about them is their support for 3rd party clients.
I have to use their service for some contacts same as with WhatsApp but I would prefer more secure and privacy friendly alternatives.

Homeopathy is quackery that dilutes organic or anorganic materials (that randomly got associated with symptoms, e.g. Berlin Wall against binding problems) to infinity to treat an existing condition.
Every high-quality scientific study leads to the realisation that Homeopathy doesn't act beyond placebo effects.

I've seen some very demanding posts asking for this or that feature completely missing out on the fact that
a) Lemmy is written by people in their free time and
b) hosted on servers paid by individuals or through donations.
Imho it seems not uncommon to take the free part of FOSS for granted but still expecting to be treated like a paying customer.
People easily forget what they've already got and want more, that's were I see this stereotype.
