I got my complaints about SE but are they really in the same category as EA or Blizzard? I haven't played XIV since 2.5 but my understanding is it's still doing well and I've heard good things about XVI, although I can't play until pc release so I'm avoiding all media about it.
Original content and dank memes.
I haven't explored communities much lately, what are some good dank meme communities that aren't 196?
I guess they could be called magnetic clip ons. I have terrible vision myself (-6.5) and require thicker lens (which zenni doesn't actually accommodate I had to buy from elsewhere) and I never found the added weight to be an issue. As far at price, I only paid 150 cdn for the glasses which is one of the cheaper pairs I've owned.
Personally I hate having to carry around two pairs of glasses, it's annoying af but if that's what you prefer, you do you.
If you need to be "swayed" to the side that isn't voting for a borderline fascist government then you're as daft as op says. Both sides bad, except one side has a slingshot pointed at your kneecap while the other side has a gun pointed at your face. I'd rather not get hit with either but if I had to choose 10/10 I'm taking the rock to the knee.
That was a pretty sweet show. The Christmas episode really spoke to me as a kid.
If you're looking to get into urban planning I can tell you that your undergrad is not that important. I did my undergrad in geography which is a typical route and it was helpful in some aspects but I wouldn't say it was necessary. In my masters cohort we had people with degrees in psychology, business, art history, philosophy, ect. and a couple architects from India.
A lot of degrees are useful to urban planning, even if they aren't the typical route. It's really about how you apply that degree and understanding to the field. Philosophy and sociology are good for the policy part, business is good for the finance and economic part, ect.
Working for a city can be challenging especially if you have aspirations and want to see real change, something that was drilled into my cohort in school but took a couple years in the field for some people to figure out. Maybe non profit or a private company aligned to your values might be a better route than public of you're looking to get into something adjacent to public planning. That being said, just being an active member in your community and speaking up for projects you believe in at council meetings is more impactful than writing the policy.

Won't save my edit
I remember making back up's of songs I liked that had swearing in them when i was like 8 in case my mom found them. I think I had like 5 or 6 copies of Damnit by Blink 182 hidden in my folder on the family computer, which had an 8gb hard drive.
like those guys trying to "regrow" their foreskin with weights and pulleys.
Yo what the fuck
I got my Chromecast like 10 years ago and have the same issue with YouTube casting. Netflix is also pretty terrible and only connects 50% of the time, but once it's connected it's good. It wouldn't be so bad if it just let me cast my whole screen and not open some dumb app like with every other website.
The dumb thing is I can watch shows in HD issue free from a free streaming site on my pc but the second I cast it my internet goes to shit and I have to leave it on 720 or it buffers endlessly. I should just switch to the HDMI cable route but I don't want a cord hanging across the floor, too many dogs.
Yeah, no, to save space they didn't come on pallets, we would have to load them onto pallets and get them off the truck. Not sure who had the worse job, me or the Chinese guy on the other end losing the truck.
