Sounds like a great way to reboot the DC or Marvel universe. How probable is this bubble bursts and affects us before we fuck up our environment for good? Would we be able to know if it already happened somewhere far from us? Like, "we have 5 years, that's all we've got".

Unbelievable, but at the same time, being the USA the military hegemony it is, unsurprising too that these are words said by their leader.

I think it's been years now. At least a couple of years, I was baffled too back in the day.

Xiaomi phones usually get their source code published. From there, you may want to choose a Qualcomm device, for some reason developers prefer these to build device trees for custom ROMs. If you don't mind having an older phone, you may want to check the list of officially supported phones for reputed custom ROMs like Lineage OS or Pixel Experience and buy one of those. I'm guessing that phones in China are cheap and options are numerous.

In Mexico, there are two dates for "trick or treat". One is for kids (the Day of ~the Holly Innocents~ All the Saints) and the next day is for Day of the dead or Día de Muertos, which is for everyone, in a clearly adult-centric celebration. The treats in the first day are candy-like, in the second day it's very-Mexican-food-like.

Ask your sister which one would she celebrate. The rightest answer is both, the right is one or the other, the wrong is none.

Also, if she's watching after some kids, that's great and deserves a treat. Ultimately, as this post and comments suggests, it all depends on the people's heart.

Are you satisfied about they having a nuclear arsenal after this? It's not a rhetorical question, I'm actually interested in your thoughts about this.

So, let me grasp your comment, are you saying that this is not creepy at all?

EDIT: To clarify, I find both things creepy, the telemetry and the insistence to ping home no matter what.

Nothing, anything? I don't actively plan for vacation except maybe where I'm gonna be. Once there, even if I am in another city, I go with the mood of the time and try not to feel obligated to do anything. If I stay home sometimes I end up doing things that were put off for a long time, I finish them, grab a beer meanwhile, afterwards, even if it's in the morning as long as it's hot and that's it for the day.
