I do not. I can give you a link to the one I'm referencing though. I'm sure that something like this would exist in Seattle.

The average American thinks that if roads are too dangerous for bikers, then bikers shouldn't be allowed to drive on them. This is preferable to reducing the speed limit...that people will ignore anyway.

This morning I wore a Cleveland Guardians hat to lunch.

Different people have different experiences.

I'm not telling anyone they shouldn't use the bus. In fact I suggest people use it more. You have time to let your mind wander, and don't have to pay attention to anything other than to pull the cord before your stop. It's really relaxing...almost all of the time in my experience.

Tello is pretty good. For your use case it'd be between $14-$19 per phone per month. I use Google Voice so I have a limited minutes plan just in case. Service is OK. Uses T-Mobile towers. I'm also in Ohio (Columbus). It drops out heading into the north-central parts of the state where I'm from.

As long as the public health officials in your area tell you to.

I'm an Ohioan and Zillow says my house would rent for about $600/mo more than my mortgage is (which includes property tax).

It varies by state. In Ohio it's basically a fine and they take away your car, license, and registration until you get minimum liability insurance. That is

$25,000 for bodily injury per person $50,000 for bodily injury per accident $25,000 property damage

I am an apatheist because if a God existed, I can't see how that knowledge would change my day-to-day life in any way.

I use Duolingo (and actually pay for it) and I agree 100% with this. The app is primarily about keeping you engaged and on the app. The method is by attempting to teach you a language.

Winning actually doesn't require hard work because my goal is to steal as much money/time as I can from my employer until I retire.

I'm not sure it's as big of a deal with Lemmy. Threads data doesn't map very well into Lemmy and vice versa. Like with Mastodon, I can read this post and comment on it, but it's not really a great way to interact. I think it's a bigger deal on the Mastodon/Calckey/etc side. If IG/FB federate then it becomes a different story, IMO.
