The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has instructed Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to redirect Domain Name Service (DNS) traffic that uses third-party DNS servers back to their own DNS servers

MCMC has blocked a total of 24,277 websites between between 2018 to Aug 1, classified into various categories, which are online gambling (39 per cent), pornography/obscene content (31 per cent), copyright infringement (14 per cent), other harmful sites (12 per cent), prostitution (two per cent) and unlawful investments/scams (two per cent).

“It has been falsely claimed that the measure undertaken by MCMC is a draconian measure. We reiterate that Malaysia’s implementation is for the protection of vulnerable groups from harmful online content.

I am on Android native app.

Haptic setting is set to off. The phone haptic is also off.

When I press and drag on the post menu the haptic is working.

Is it a bug 🐛 or intended feature?

Edit: fix liver (hepatic) to haptic 😂

The post in question is

I can open the image in the body. However there is no menu or popup menu to save the image.

On PWA, long press bring up the popup menu and I can download image using the popup.

EDIT: add feature request to title and workaround with PWA

Some people already using Linux as daily driver and booting to windows is not ease for them.

People doesn't need every games to be compatible. They only need the games they want to play compatible.

For me, I no longer need to boot into windows to play game.

Nobara OS, Arch Linux and Pop!_OS beat Windows 11 by a slim margin in fps (delta 8) in Windows native games - Cyberpunk 2077, Forspoken, Starfield and The Talos Principle II. Windows 11 wins in Rachet & Clank.

ComputerBase's testing was done on an all-AMD test rig, featuring a Ryzen 7 5800X (non-3D) and a Radeon RX 6700 XT.

Update: Windows 11 wins in one game.

The screenshot is from Rimworld Zed-City serie episode 42 by Rhadamant around 09:45

The dialog is displayed when the streamer clicked the Zone/Expand allowed area.

The streamer has many areas (by using Area Unlocker by fluffy). In the pawn dialog, there is only 4 or 5 areas (not locked in the screenshot).

I couldn't find relevant mods from the list provided by the streamer.

Spoofing Chrome magically makes this problem go away. The slow down is 5 secs according to the video.

Update 1: Safari faces the same treatment

Update 2: Google confirms 5 sec delays for ad-block user

If you're migrating your data from Chrome, Firefox now offers the ability to import some of your extensions as well.

Nice.

Software dev here.

Client app have little to no knowledge about server limit.

Usually the limit is set at various places in the server. Even the server app itself does not know it's file size limit most of the time.

Anyway the screenshot is still worthy of the topics.
