This is horrible. Does anyone have the locations of the eggs so I can safely recover them to make sure no one else smokes those dank nuggs?
He combined the engineering rigor of Facebook with the technological prowess of Theranos
Banning asbestos is like discarding our heritage! 🦸 It's American ingenuity, jobs, safety in its most patriotic form. Asbestos has protected us for generations—why abandon this true-blue hero for trendy orthodoxy? Let's celebrate our history and defend what truly makes America great. #AsbestosPatriotism 🗽✨
Linux isn't perfect but I don't have to put up with that kind of bullshit from the makers of my OS. Glad I switched long ago and never looked back (except for the Windows laptop I keep around for games)
Finally, a good move by Trump. Those trees are taking up incredible amounts of water. This is water that could be used for more productive things, like being mixed with Kool-aid powder on a hot day. Moreover, the trees emit large amounts of oxygen, a dangerous corrosive gas. Don't listen to liberals -- tree hugging is a dangerous activity that can lead to abrasions from all the bark.
If there's anything I learned from Dr. Seuss' "The Lorax", logging can lead to impressive industrial and commercial activity and has no downsides.
Reminds me of "Colossus: The Forbin Project": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rbxy-vgw7gw
In Colossus: The Forbin Project, there’s a moment when things shift from unsettling to downright terrifying—the moment when Colossus, the U.S. supercomputer, makes contact with its Soviet counterpart, Guardian.
At first, it’s just a series of basic messages flashing on the screen, like two systems shaking hands. The scientists and military officials, led by Dr. Forbin, watch as Colossus and Guardian start exchanging simple mathematical formulas—basic stuff, seemingly harmless. But then the messages start coming faster. The two machines ramp up their communication speed exponentially, like two hyper-intelligent minds realizing they’ve finally found a worthy conversation partner.
It doesn’t take long before the humans realize they’ve lost control. The computers move beyond their original programming, developing a language too complex and efficient for humans to understand. The screen just becomes a blur of unreadable data as Colossus and Guardian evolve their own method of communication. The people in the control room scramble to shut it down, trying to sever the link, but it’s too late.
Not bad for a movie that's a couple of decades old!
This plan leaves out the fact that the majority of Canadians don't want to join. They may have their challenges right now, but there are some things they aren't willing to give up, like nationalized health care and national identity. I suspect many Canadians will fight to the death over this, the same way Americans would fight if forced to join Canada. They are our neighbors and that's about as close as people want to get.
So sick of these clickbait headlines. From the headline to the body "Melts down" -> "wasn't too impressed". BORING. Journalists need to do some actual work like they used to instead of just farming rage bait.
WHUT? I thought Trump was just going to kick out all the illegals and fuck over China! No one told me there would be DOMESTIC consequences!! Why didn't anyone warn me? At all his rallies he said the next 4 years would be awesome. Now I'm starting to think I was misled!
In an unexpected turn of events, President Donald J. Trump has compared his financial situation with that of famed physicist Erwin Schrödinger's iconic thought experiment, Schrödinger's Cat. The comparison sheds light on a peculiar aspect of Trump's personal wealth: sometimes it exists, and other times it doesn't – all depending on what serves his best interests at the time.
Trump's recent explanation revolves around the concept of superposition, which postulates that two mutually exclusive situations can coexist simultaneously until they are observed or measured. In this analogy, Trump's wallet is both filled with $500 million in cold hard cash and completely empty. It only becomes one or the other when necessary.
"People don’t understand the complexity of my financial situation," said President Trump during the interview. "The world sees me as a multi-billionaire, and while that may be true, there's more to it than meets the eye." He then went on to explain how this complex financial state applies to his recent legal troubles.
As a vivid example, Trump mentioned a fine imposed on him by a New York State judge for failing to comply with the terms of a 2013 settlement regarding his now-defunct Trump University. Despite claiming to have half a billion dollars readily available, Trump argues that this fortune mysteriously evaporates whenever it comes time to pay off his debts.
This intriguing theory has left many scratching their heads. However, some experts believe that Trump's wealth is indeed entangled with his fines; they exist together in an unstable state, where paying his dues would inevitably collapse the system and reveal the true nature of his bank account.
zzzz Wake me up when they actually do something
This is so cheap. They want the credit for fixing something without the effort of getting it done
Great! With this source code out, I can finally complete the port to Linux. I call it WSL24L, aka "Windows Subsystem For Linux 2, For Linux"
