maybe I'm a dumbass kicking outta my coverage here, but is there any reason that all all those coastal communities backing up to the wildland interface don't have a completely separate fire suppression system that uses sea water pumping stations? I know salt water is gnarly on mechanical systems, but seems like a dry hydrant in fire season is gnarlier?
The salt would obliterate the ecosystems left behind. Everything would struggle to grow. There is a reason we used to salt the earth of our enemies.
I mean its Malibu. nothing grows there anyway, except asphalt and fascists.
This is chaparral erasure
lowers the resale value of the property if the earth is salted. /hj
