they knew how to react because they learn from their encounters from others how goulish their jobs are; but the powers that be engineer it so that they're only surrounded by like minded fascists to help them ignore the damage that they're inflicting on peoples lives.

i went to an arizona town hall where they had ins (aka precusor to ice) where i politely confronted them on their behavior and got asked to leave because of it. lol
