Knowing then, they'd somehow force an ink subscription on the device.
The handheld stops working if you don't have an active subscription for stupidly expensive HP brand screen wipes. This is marketed as being part of their eyesight protection feature.
The analog sticks have a set number of rotations after which they need to be replaced. Putting off brand analog sticks in the device will instantly brick it.
