Nexus is staying optimistic: "Hopefully, this is an oversight from WotC, who often use external agencies to hunt down violating content, and they will revert their decision. Fingers crossed for Baldur's Village."

So cool and normal we have companies dedicated to trawling the Internet to find violating content, who then presumably stretch the definitions of copyright to include taking down innocent content, to justify their own existence to begin with.

IP and the extent you have to go to 'enforce it' will always be the world's biggest gag.
