It also had a sequel that was built with the original Xbox in mind which naturally meant it was a full 3D third person game instead of point-and-click. There's also an episodic sequel series released on Steam but IIRC it wasn't finished back when I played the first two games. Seems like it was completed in 2016, so I guess that was about 10 years ago
