Gamers could excuse a genocide, dismantling of government departments, racism, deportations of legal residents to El Salvadoran concentration camps but draw the line at not getting their treats in a timely fashion
It's just further proof people don't give a shit about things that don't affect them directly, the ubiquitous propaganda machine can easily manipulate those opinions.
But once you start to actually take shit away from people, that's when they're gonna start to get mad.
