It seems like the tattoos are real, but the “MS13” above them and text below are (obviously) added as “explanation”. I would hardly call it a fake image.
Of course the interpretation of those tattoos to mean “MS13” is a huge stretch. Marijuana + Smiley = MS? A cross equals 1 because what, it’s tall? A skull equals 3 because it has two eye holes and a mouth?
Do you think anyone who already genuinely believes Kilmar is a member of MS-13 would interpret that picture to mean anything other than that he has “MS13” literally tattooed on his knuckles?
