This game is still so much fucking fun 2 decades later, not surprised the hogs are paying $50 for a shinier upgraded version of this delicious slop

I still haven't even gone to the Shivering Isles because I want to be at least level 10 or so before I set foot in there so I don't instantly die, OOO is no joke

I pirate movies and TV shows but draw the line at video games. I don’t wanna run a bunch of sketchy executables on my system.

That's why you get them from official and trusted sources, like FitGirl, LinuxRuleZ, etc., and/or run them in a virtual machine or sandbox. Any media besides text files has the potential to contain malware that can run when the media is loaded.

My first pirated game was on floppy. I think I can count on three fingers the amount of times a cracked game has had some kind of malware attached to it on my system, and all of those were in the sketchy early web2.0 days. Times have changed.
