I'm out of the loop, what did Devolver do?
Their shit dropped 89% and then they gut a bunch of studios and shut down others. This was like a year or two ago.
Yeah, that's what you do when your sales are shot, you downsize. I can't be mad at them shuttering studios that they literally can't afford to keep open, what else are they expected to do?
I have an issue with it when companies report record profits and then cut everyone, Devolver didn't do this.
Or we just dont gobble up studios like a digital Jormungandr. Publishers have slaughtered studios like cattle in recent years. Its devastating to see and experience.
