If he does this and it sticks in court it is gonna be SO awkward for Gavin to pretend the president has no power over any progressive issues in 2029, but I am sure the DNC will find a way!
Dems finally support prosecuting an ex-president, but only so they don't have to do anything in office. "See, Trump was doing it all illegally! Now that law and order have been restored, the president will revert to not being able to effect drug prices."
The unelected god-kings of the Supreme Court have already placed Trump, Biden, Obama and W above all man-made law.
They'll pack the Court just so they can nominate Justices to restrain their power and not have to do anything else.
I feel like these DNC losers are defined by laziness and the conservative mindset that maybe every variable I am currently unaware of the state of is going my way anyway if nothing else, they're not packing a court even if to save themselves from execution. If you rightfully had Biden in a noose for his crimes against humanity at the Hague, his last words would be "this isn't gonna happen, jack!"
I think they're defined by procedure and using it as a shield to avoid doing work.
But if they have to, they'll use procedure to do a small amount of work if it means avoiding more work later.
Like when they impeached Trump. A small amount of procedural work to shut up their base so they didn't have to do anything else.
Biden has a dead-man trigger set up so when he's executed, it sends a strongly worded letter to the judge.
