The windows taskbar at the bottom
Not just any windows: โจ vista โจ ๐
Thats Win 10, I'm almost certain. Vista you would see the orb being taller than the taskbar, and there wouldnt be a square "notifications" box like there is on 10 at the far end.
The start button is a circle though, its square in 10, I think we must both be wrong and it's either 7 or 8
I went and found the original image, it is without a doubt Win10.

Oh I see, it was just jpeg artifacts around the start button that made it look colourful and rounded ๐
Also Vista didn't have the smaller icons in the taskbar instead it was still the full name/title of the program afaik, that was new with 8/10

i normally despise emoticants, but this works
