Yes a sexual orientation based on their feelings at any given moment for the other sex.
Literally every gender and sexual orientation is based on feelings. We're talking about an acronym that's trying to be inclusive and respectful of gender identities and deviating from the current perceived norm and that absolutely includes trans and queer folks.
Gender identity and sexual orientation have significant overlap especially when the sexual orientation is defined based on gender.
Right so let's say you have a transfem who is into cis women - that's an example of how gender and sex intersect. You could have one person who identifies as a woman but let's say hasn't had any sex change operation yet and they are attracted to another woman (born that way).
That's a lesbian relationship, at least in my opinion, but by your standard you're saying that would be defined as a heterosexual relationship.
I agree people are born gay or straight or whatever in between.
Besides gender is basically the sex a person identifies as.
You're trying to make this rigid box with sections for different genders and sex and that's just not how it is. That's why the label has expanded to include more than just "lesbian, gay, bisexual" because it's meant to be inclusive of everyone.
There isn't anything wrong with inclusivity being acknowledged via the lgbtqia+ acronym, I'm not sure why you think it's a bad thing.
Anyways I said my piece and won't reply again just letting you know. Have a good day!
That's weird because I've definitely changed the sexual orientation I've identified with over the years.
