I sometimes think about getting the game to do things like this. I just want to explore, the game itself doesn't interest me that much.

It's actually a pretty neat walking sim. I'm a dork so I got into how the crosswalk signals all work and how there are different turning angles on the roads depending on if you're in a dense urban area or out in the rural areas. I've been saying this for a while but it's one of the most meticulously designed open world cities I've ever seen in a game.

Sure it's sometimes shallow or there's not a whole lot to do. I mean the design and look of it was obviously very thought out

There's a flat to VR mod that really takes this to the next level. No motion controls but you can just straight up put on the headset and use the controller to walk around the world as you turn around and look at everything and just feel how alive and atmospheric the city is. Its awesome...if you can run it.

I totally agree that wandering around games can be more fun than what you're supposed to do. I've recently been walking around the gameworld of Ghostwire Tokyo. It's like touring Japan when you set the game to easy mode
