i'm serious about this: does anyone think there may come a point where Cuba will take in gender/sexual identity asylum seekers?
I'm not an expert by any means but personally I don't see this happening. I don't think Cuba can afford to take in asylum seekers, maybe if the embargo were lifted and after some time but even then it doesn't seem likely to me.
maybe we could bring useful things. critical components, electronics, medical supplies, etc. hypothetically. do a flottila, hope to avoid getting drone striked before meeting up with the cuban coast guard
but yeah i didn't think so.
my dream is the embargo becomes meaningless because the U.S. embargos itself. and Cuba can be brought into the greater central/south american nascent socialist project
