Certain temperatures can completely denature viruses like HIV and covid. Anything above 600 degrees should do the trick.
600 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit?
I'm not sure it matters, bluntly.
First one, then the other.
Does it matter which one is first?
Yes if you want to have nice caramelization instead of just burned skin.
Kelvin could do the trick too.
Rankine might be a little more iffy though...
Ran the numbers. 600 °R is about 60 °C, so not that much...
Meanwhile, while we're still on antiquated units, 600 °Ré (degrees Réamur) is about 750 °C, so that will definitely do the trick
