This whole thing borders on violating the 3rd. Ammendment, while violating the 10th. Ammendment and 5th. Ammendment. Anything not listed in the Constitution is automatically given to the states. In this case, there's nothing that says the president can order national guard to deploy on US soil during peacetime.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the government to prove someone is guilty of a crime (in this case, illegally crossing the border). ICE is rounding people up and declaring them non-citizens without giving due process where they prove people broke the law.
In other words, you're full of shit. The Constitution means fuck-all because if your oath was serious, you'd be open firing on ICE and freeing anyone in their custody.
We hanged people at Nuremberg for giving this same excuse. You always have a conscious and a choice. You're just choosing to ignore it because you already support Trump's decisions.
....except these aren't really lawful orders. They're de-facto lawful because you're choosing to enforce them. If you chose not to enforce Trump's order, they would be de-facto unlawful. Laws only exist so long as they can be enforced. By choosing to go along with this charade, you are legitimizing what Trump is doing.

Like, he’s right, he and the rest of them did take an oath to obey the constitution. Which is why they should be disobeying this order, and also why the Governor of Oregon should be saying anyone who obeys unlawful orders will be prosecuted.
I bet the Governor has the power to shitcan the head of the state national guard.
