I don't think I know any pro-Palestinian person, online or in person, that would say "Glory to Hamas". Even among us Hamas supporting Hexbears, it's just such a weird and uncharacteristic way to phrase it.

The little Palestine flag in black and white is kinda really funny.

It could very well be some niche internet group, we have a lot of similar phrases that don't get used outside of Hexbear. In my opinion, this means nothing in isolation.
