Obviously Lara has a professional stylist following her around the tombs to make sure her brows are on point.
You can't go dungeon diving in ancient magical lost tombs without lips that look like you licked a hornet's nest.
Besides the og Lara was supposed to be either Indian or South American as a bounty hunter, but cowards made her an upper-crust bougie B*itish instead. Oh well, I'll still keep playing that garbage.

Her face is no where near weird enough. The first Crystal Dynamics reboot trilogy (by which I mean the one before the 2013 reboot) tried to keep Lara consistent with promotional CGI renders for the PS1 games. Unfortunately those were made in the mid 90s and she looked like a bizarre putty version of Angelina Jolie
