When I saw that footage the day it happened I instantly knew that bozo was dead. You don't bleed out that much and come back from it.
I hadn't seen it at first but every time someone said "it's not confirmed he's dead" the reply was some variation of "Did you see the video? He's dead"
Your body doesn't jerk like that without severe trauma
Only way he would've lived through that hit would've been if he had been shot in the medbay of the USS Enterprise

I've seen death from gunshot, I knew immediately too. The way his body moved was a spinal cord reaction to the brain being shut off or disconnected.
