The thing about feeeemale psychology is, in spite of all the pressure to perform aesthetic labor, i do not know a single woman dumb enough to hit her own face with a hammer to DIY facial plastic surgery, and that's in spite of me knowing a ton of trans women who'd undergo face surgery in a heartbeat if they had the funds. I can only guess how this clown will die, but it's a given it will be breathtakingly stupid, brought about by his spectacularly bad decision making skills and hopefully very, very painful to him.

Yeah, the idea is that you can cause bone growth through creating microfractures or smth like that
It's called mechanostat (Well, the theory of bone growth is called mechanostat, making it grow would be some sort of osteogenic exercise) and if you think "Microfractures" are involved you're mixing it up with muscle hypertrophy.
Not saying you're the one doing the misunderstanding. The guys hammering their faces may not be up on their bone physiology.
