I watched the interview and this guy lives a fucking sad life. Any minute not "on stream" is valueless to him.

It's interesting, obviously everyone in media to some extent has an on-camera persona they assume but social media is heightening this to the point where the persona is all there is and the original self is entirely subsumed. This is even a rather stark contrast to eg most streamers where they have an on-stream persona but it's generally presented as their authentic self and there's some amount of kayfabe at play.
Sigma Grindset persona, his job is being a ridiculous character, I think he got what he wanted from that interview.
The thing about feeeemale psychology is, in spite of all the pressure to perform aesthetic labor, i do not know a single woman dumb enough to hit her own face with a hammer to DIY facial plastic surgery, and that's in spite of me knowing a ton of trans women who'd undergo face surgery in a heartbeat if they had the funds. I can only guess how this clown will die, but it's a given it will be breathtakingly stupid, brought about by his spectacularly bad decision making skills and hopefully very, very painful to him.

It's called mechanostat (Well, the theory of bone growth is called mechanostat, making it grow would be some sort of osteogenic exercise) and if you think "Microfractures" are involved you're mixing it up with muscle hypertrophy.

I'm not gonna go after Adam of all people on platforming discourse but I think it is always fair to point out that his guest is associating with all manner of far right folks and violent misogynists and still gets to be seen in polite company. To me, it is shocking that they keep going onto the show, as pretty much all of them just show their whole bare asses on it. It is astounding how empty and vapid his rw guests are, and how easily they show it, especially the ones that actually have real political power. It really goes to show how you kind of just have to be a vessel for capital to work through to have any amount of 'power' in this system.

That's good, yeah I wasn't really trying to go after Adam specifically here and I have not watched it, he gets so many good guests and I'm not up to date on his show for a few months now. His passion is really there, you can see it in the Ritchie Torres interview or that famous clip where Andrew Cuomo is like, "oh hate is such a strong word how can you invest that much energy into somebody" and Adam replies that Bush killed a million people.
Meh, Adam didn't ask about the face-hammering. I think clavicular got exactly what he wanted from that interview

and what made me look was seeing the chair / carpet combo after reading the comment... i was like "this set looks dated and disgusting, what stupid show is this, it looks like the TAFS set." then, of course it does, because it is.
