Extreme? They're getting bombed, their public infrastructure is getting targeted, schoolchildren are dying, but killing US soldiers is a step too far???
No, any killing is a step too far. It should all be stopped.
Tell me please, how do you stop an enemy army from killing your people & destroying your infrastructure? Do you think the US will go back if asked politely? Be serious
No I don't think that. But, I'm not rooting for thousands of deaths on either side.
Look, I get that, nobody wants bloodshed for bloodshed's sake. But this is war, they are being attacked, there are troops massing near them while they're getting bombed. Either they get brutally murdered, or they defend themselves. That or the US retreats; I think we both know that's not happening.
The conclusion seems fairly simple to me.
And tbf I'm not particularly giving much worth to those who follow orders on the US & israeli side. They made their bed, they lie in it. You can't expect to go and kill brown people for decades, sign up to be the next generation of that machine, and come out unscathed.
There is a big difference between supporting them defending themselves and cheering on the war. What everyone should want is the war to stop, not more deaths.
I'd like the empire to fall. That'd be mighty fine.
Please explain to me how Iran will defend themselves non violently without firing at the aggressive american military surrounding them...
If basic self defense against an approaching military about to massacre you is cheering on war then disarming someone trying to shoot you to death is assault.
You think Iran wants this war? You think they're welcoming their country getting laid waste because it means they get to kill some Americans? They're not the ones who started it and they don't have the power to stop it. You want it stopped? Maybe focus solely on the US instead of this both sides victim blaming bullshit.
If you were a teacher you'd probably be the kind who sees a kid beating up another kid and suspends them both because the kid getting beat up tried swinging at the attacker after they already started beating them up and "all violence is wrong."
What are you on about? I am focused on only the US and I'm not both siding anything. I've said multiple times the thing I would root for and want is the complete withdrawal of the US. Being pro withdrawal and pro death and very different things.
