Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent and very good journalist reporting in the warzone on the separatists' side.

something is going to happen tomorrow. It must. The siege without water cannot last, refugees will burst into egypt or die en masse with the whole arab world watching. They cannot do nothing. Hezbollah will have to attack, especially if Israel starts a ground assault but even if they don't. The crossing into Egypt needs to have massive humanitarian aid coming across it to end the siege, if Egypt participates in the death of gaza by thirst their people fucking lose it and de-throne Sisi.
Now that I think about it further, Israel has basically fucked Sisi over and put him in an impossible position. Egypt either has to A) agree to US/Israel plan to ethnically cleanse Gaza and move 2 million refugees into Egypt, probably collapsing the state's capacity to govern and causing total chaos in Egypt or B) side with Palestine and try to send humanitarian aid and convoys, and eventually militants across their borders, or C) do nothing and militarize the border and refuse all refugees, aiding in the genocide of Palestine directly
So Sisi either becomes an accomplice of Israel in destroying Palestine, which will doom his regime, or he has to commit to becoming a warzone and front for the anti-Israel resistance movement from the West. All the Houthis and militants from Saudi Arabia, Libya and other nations will flood into Egypt and use the Egyptian border to enter into occupied Palestine
There's no good outcome here for Sisi, he's basically doomed no matter what now.
I think Sisi already said Palestinians will stay in Gaza
So is he going to be a jailer and aid Israel in it's siege and suffocation, or will he move tons of humanitarian aid and lift the siege and be a porous border that allows in militants?
I imagine if there's constant convoys of humanitarian aid on the border crossing, Israel will either air strike it or not but it gives cover to smaller infantry moving on foot nearby.
