Oprah would be worse than Trump. Oprah would be so, so much worse than Trump. The Secretary of Health would be named like, Dr. Sunshine Lavender and he's facing criminal charges in 43 states for telling people that they can cure cancer by eating crushed glass or something. The sheer number of health and social crises that are the direct result of Oprah platforming cranks, quacks, and freaks is incredible.
She clearly would have been the better candidate because she doesn't use bad words. She even says nice things!
