No rules broken, written or otherwise. Just that stop.voring.me is a particularly strange domain name.

Heh, just one of several instances I camp on. Believe it's the firefish dev's hangout. They liked the obscure word voring. Didn't believe it was a word till I looked it up. Lots of strange domains on fediverse.
