A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.

I do wonder if the electrical impulses give off any light
no they don't
To explain why, the electrical signals is not like how we know electricity like when you see lightning. It’s salt/ion based movements in and out of cells. A lot more boring
So kind of like a battery?
exactly like a battery.
also, thinking skills decline with age for the same reason that batteries lose maximum capacity over time.
It’s a wave of ion movement.
A human brain conceived Ohms Law with no realization of it itself was functioning.
The brain also named itself (along with everything else)
Even if how would the brain detect them?
That's a separate issue. A blind person could still sit in a well lit room.
Prove it
Here's photographic evidence for you
How do I know he’s not squatting a millimeter over the chair?
