So let me get this straight. This fucking idiot is arguing that Joe Biden can order Seal team 6 to wipe out the entire Trump family, and then be covered by presidential immunity? Interesting thought process there.
According to their logic, Biden could order Seal Team 6 to kill Trump and then immediately resign, and he wouldn’t be able to be convicted.
Yeah, but enough Democrats would actually hold him accountable to actually impeach him. The same can't be said of Trumps coterie.
As has been pointed out, he would have to immediately resign. Which would eliminate the impeachment option, because you can’t impeach someone who isn’t holding office.
He could do it one or two days before ending his term hahaha
Obama literally ordered the assassination of Osama Bin Ladin and no one is trying to persecute him for murder, so I think Trump is 100% correct in his thought process.
Thanks for pointing out to us that you’re unable to differentiate the distinctions between mass murdering terrorists and political rivals.
Or for that matter, the difference between persecution and prosecution.
