In recent years, we've seen it with Russia, China, Palestine, and now Yemen. I wonder when we'll see the racism resurface from otherwise "liberal" people in the future

Well, definitely Iran. But given the rejection of defacto colonialism in the Sahel then throw some African nations in there.

With the Belt and Road gaining traction any number of central and west Asian counties.

Don’t forget about central and South America…

And, finally, if Ukraine settles for a peace deal, which seems inevitable, then they’re next.
