Hi Hexbear, yesterday I tried downloading victoria 3's dlcs and using the cream API to get the game to think that I own the DLCs. I own a legitimate copy of victoria 3 and I want to get the DLCs for free, but when I tried to use them the game said I didn't have them and it didn't let me trans-sad

Does anyone have experience with getting this to work? I've gotten it to work fine for EU4 in the past.

You need the DLC files and place creamapi dll file inside 'binaries' folder.
