Jonathan Blow was always fash and reactionary:

He spent 20 million dollars on his game but whines about how nobody is willing to make an alternative to Windows.

Gives zero reasons on why Linux is complex, "Give me a linux distro that I can work on" says linux is too hard and gives zero examples.

Incoherent argument that there exists secret organizations whose job is to insert bugs into different software projects by taking advantage of their git forges and making bad patches/pull requests.

Sorry lib, but have you heard of the The University of Minnesota being banned from the Linux kernel for doing the exact shit you describe and such things as continous-integration, merge reviews, basic fucking trust relationships and communication. He says this all while running Windows 10 agony-yehaw

hmmm, I wonder what type of person loves running their mouth on things they know nothing about but expect to be respected?

Brade wasn't that good and the industry sucked him off for it. I'm not shocked he's a trash heap.

Every time people are being nostalgic about "early indies games" or somesuch, I get depressed. Like, that was supposed to be a revolution in video gaming, Mario with worse graphics and an extra gimmick?

Tbh I liked Meat Boy and Castle Crashers. Spelunky was pretty great too! Braid and the other “artsy” one from around that time- it had the shadow-y looking graphics, I can’t remember the name right now- were both extremely overrated (and not very good in this poster’s opinion)

Aquaria also ruled, and that game is now under GPL which is super cool.
